What if my body is not ideal?
I want to start the post with an essential thing. There are no people with ideal bodies. Just believe me. All you see on Instagram is a joint work of AI algorithms, photo editing software, proper posing, lighting, and a small smartphone screen that hides all skin and body problems. You will become confident with this when you visit a nudist beach for the first time.
After many years of attending different nudist beaches around Europe, I love my body and do not compare it with others. However, all people have some deviation from advertising/Instagram-imposed normality. And this is very exciting! Any type of body is acceptable by the nudist community because it's all about freedom, not sexuality.
The size and form of your genitals also don't matter. The most complaints I hear about why people are shy to visit a naturist place are their breast shape and penis size. I'm not sure about other places, but Europe promotes recognizing all shapes and sizes as normal. So why do people really think about things like that? What can be more natural than enjoying the sun and sea naked surrounded by other nude people?
Currently, I'm incredibly self-confident about my body. I can free undress at a doctor's session, massage, or hair removal specialist. Before my nudist career, I was scared even to be seen by someone while I wear underwear.
Thanks to nudism, I became the best version of myself.
Being a part of the nudist world, seeing so many nude people, and being only naked on clothing-optional beaches surrounded by dressed people opened my eyes to the truth about human bodies. All of them are beautiful and acceptable! But many who hide behind the thin line of a swimsuit do not want to admit it, unfortunately.
